Noon: Crystal bowl concert, Ann Craig, ushering in the Autumnal equinox
1 pm: Mini body-rolling class (with Melanie Sirni)
2 pm: The Enlightened Community (with Melanie Climis)
3 pm: Tai Chi & Qigong demonstration and mini class (with Barbara Feldman)
Ongoing Afternoon Events: Global Mala event where ANYONE can join in by doing a sun salutation. Guidelines provided for newcomers to this flowing series of yoga poses. The goal is to reach 108 sun salutations!
In the back rooms, mini-sessions in the following: upper body massage and reflexogy by Gena Rockwell; craniosacral therapy and massage by Aldene Etter; Tarot readings and energy balancing by Melanie Climis; intuitive readings with Ann Craig. (sign-up sheets provided for all private sessions; donations accepted)
Refreshments served; Door Prizes!
