Navigating the energy of the next couple of weeks will be tricky. Every meditation and message I am receiving personally points very clearly to the following…

Stay centered and grounded in unconditional love. Practicing this daily will be helpful. Take time to breath and sit with thoughts and visualizations, which fill you with unconditional love. -

“Unconditional love means love without condition. Unconditional love refers to a love that has no demands, no limits, no requirements and no thoughts of reciprocation. Unconditional love is not affected by reality or any behaviors and is free of oaths and contracts, anticipations, expectations and attachments. Unconditional Love is impervious to approval or disapproval and does not need to be coddled or catered to in order for it to flow.” - Unconditional Love and the Transpersonal Self

A momentum of energy is building as we move towards 2013. Imagine leaping into the new year with a heart full of pure love.

YOU CAN DO THIS! We are about to leap into new space…Let’s do it from LOVE!!!! Tips to moving through highly charged energy, because this is the new norm.

1. Take a deep breath before reacting – PAUSE - or maybe a couple deep breathes

2. Understanding and compassion with yourself and others is the key to keeping peace within

3. Take care of yourself first…Just like the flight attendants say in flight : Put on your own oxygen mask first

Positive emotions are free, a priceless gift, which the world needs desperately. Create them and share them abundantly.

3 pm: Tai Chi & Qigong demonstration and mini class (with Barbara Feldman)
Ongoing Afternoon Events: Global Mala event where ANYONE can join in by doing a sun salutation. Guidelines provided for newcomers to this flowing series of yoga poses. The goal is to reach 108 sun salutations!

In the back rooms, mini-sessions in the following: upper body massage and reflexogy by Gena Rockwell; craniosacral therapy and massage by Aldene Etter; Tarot readings and energy balancing by Melanie Climis; intuitive readings with Ann Craig. (sign-up sheets provided for all private sessions; donations accepted)

Summer Blessings...

As we enter the fiery season of summer we find the universal energy accelerating. It is time to transform old matters to new matter; this process is much like the ancient practice of alchemy. The time and opportunity to let go of old patterning and thinking, which is based in ego is NOW! Take the old matters which no longer serve you and throw them into the fire. Trust as you let go you will make way for the fiery golden light of your soul. Be brave and courageous and release yourself from the old systems of judgment and criticism. We have all hailed from the same source and will return to light as we came. As we experience earth in human form we are called to ascend our consciousness into a higher realm and bring heaven to earth. This process is taking place now…Can you allow it to take place in your mind ?? body?? soul?? Open to receive the truth of your soul; within the truth is freedom and peace. YOU GOT THIS! BE-ing in the NOW centered and grounded in your HEART center

I have been impressed strongly by the universe to begin sharing this message ----  The most important ingredient in the shifting paradigm is to be centered and grounded in your heart center.  I have this heard this on many occasion ---- though I have been given a clear " working " vision on how to incorporate this into our living.

In the past we have grounded our energy vertically into the earth using our root chakras..... As we being to shift into a higher dimension we are asked to ground through our heart centers..... It has proven extremely helpful to me as I have followed these simple steps....... 

1. Imagine a string of light which extends infinitely forward moving into your heart center and out the back, as it moves through your heart center it projects behind you infinitely.  Allow that string of light to connect you to all the is and ever was...... INHALE..... EXHALE.....

2.  Come into the NOW through your heart center and trust that this is now the line the tethers you to the new energy.  When you are comfortable, release yourself from the old vertical roots and you will find the energy flows much lighter through your body.

We are crossing the threshold --- Gateways to New Earth are open....

This weekend 1-20-12  --1-21-12 --1-22-12 --  continues to align us with the frequency of New Earth..... We will move through two more gates over the next month which will aid those who are seeking to RISE UP into a place of love and creation.....  The 2-1-12 / 2-2-12  gate  ---- and the 2-20-12  2-21-12- 2-22-12 gate will give us a very large push into new space --- 

This process is much like childbirth  --- these gates act as contractions to push us forward into a space of creating a more positive collective reality  ( A New earth ) .....   The key to moving through these gate is to remain positive..... HOLD VISION .... We are in transition labor.... The world around us is changing rapidly... Can you let go of the OLD.....and make way for the new??  

Imagine a baby in a nice warm womb; a happy safe place which provides nourishment and growth ----- and then one day....... the womb begins to push the baby out of the only home it has ever known ... 

We are being pushed out of the old world and into a new world ----  Please hold my hand and walk forward..... ITS OK !! ALL IS WELL....YOU CAN DO IT......Let go of the old world; let it fall away.... When one door closes -- another door opens...... Let's walk through the gates together.....Hand in hand...WE ARE ONE!!!
