Ann performs an extraordinnary "sound meditation" using quartz crystal bowls that fill Harmony Healing Arts Center with an energetic, yet peaceful vibration that soothes and aligns mind, body and soul. Participants cen sit in chairs or lie on mats. Donation gratefully accepted.
